Strengthening Trade Unions for Inclusivity and Effectiveness
The ILO and GIZ are working together to strengthen the effectiveness of workers’ organisations in Bangladesh. The project also promotes inclusivity by increasing the participation of women and youth in trade unions. It supports organisational capacity building and fosters stronger representation of diverse worker groups.
